About Letters Plumbing & Heating
Letters Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing, heating and gas business based in Ballymena. Pat Letters founded the business in 1983, and his son Martin now runs it alongside a team of trained plumbers and technicians. The business has been trading since 1983 and serves customers across Northern Ireland.
The services listed are boiler installation and servicing, central heating controls, powerflush cleaning, underfloor heating, solar hot water systems, bathroom installation and design, plumbing repairs and maintenance, drainage, and emergency call-outs. Work covers burst pipes, leaking radiators, new bathrooms, shower installation including power showers and electric showers, hot and cold water systems, and unvented hot water cylinders. The business also carries out work for commercial customers, including planned servicing, refurbishments and new installations.
Letters Plumbing & Heating covers Ballymena and the surrounding area, serving customers from all over Northern Ireland. Free surveys and quotations are provided for bathroom installations and other work. The business sources materials from local companies where possible. Bathroom design and installation services draw on over 35 years of experience, and the firm offers supply and fit or fitting-only options for sanitary ware and accessories. The team is Gas Safe registered. A 24-hour emergency plumbing line is available for leaks and pipe bursts.
