About Lina plumbing and heating
Lina Plumbing and Heating is a plumbing and heating business in Plymouth founded by lead engineer Habtemichael (Michael). It carries out domestic plumbing, central heating repairs and installations, boiler servicing, gas appliance work and 24/7 emergency call-outs across Plymouth, Plympton, Plymstock, Saltash, Ivybridge and Tavistock.
The services listed are pipework routing, leak tracing, bathroom fixtures, waste drainage, boiler installations and fault diagnostics, radiator repairs, power flushing, unvented cylinder servicing, smart thermostat installations, gas cooker and range installations, and annual CP12 landlord safety checks. The business handles both Natural Gas and LPG systems. Jobs start with a visit to diagnose the fault, and a fixed quote is agreed before work begins. Protective floor runners are used during plumbing work, and sludge is captured cleanly during power flushes.
Lina Plumbing and Heating operates from a central workshop in Mutley. The lead engineer holds ACS accreditation through LCL Awards, with certifications in core domestic gas safety, central heating boilers and water heaters, combustion performance analysis, domestic cooking appliances, and gas fires and wall heaters. The business has over a decade of hands-on experience and is fully insured. Every valve, pump, joint and fitting installed comes with a 1-year parts and labour cover. The firm works for homeowners, landlords and businesses.
