About Liverpool Emergency Plumber
Liverpool Emergency Plumber is a plumbing and heating business based in Bootle. It responds to burst pipes, boiler breakdowns, blocked drains, gas leaks, flooding and heating failures across Liverpool postcodes L1 to L40. The business also carries out annual boiler services, boiler installations, power flushing, radiator work, bathroom fitting, hot water cylinder installation and shower installation.
Emergency call-outs are charged at fixed hourly rates: £80 per hour Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, £120 per hour Saturday to Sunday 9am to 1pm, and £150 per hour for nights and holidays 24/7. A 1 hour minimum applies to all call-outs, then 30 minute blocks thereafter. Parts are charged at cost. A written quote is given before any work begins. The business aims for a 30 minute response time across all Liverpool postcodes. Common emergency jobs include burst pipes (£120 to £350), boiler breakdown (£150 to £500), blocked toilets and drains (£80 to £250), and major leaks (£80 to £200). Gas leak safety visits are free.
All engineers are Gas Safe registered staff employed by the business. A real person answers the phone 24/7. The business is fully insured. Annual boiler services are priced at £120 and include a full HHIC checklist, flue gas analysis, combustion check, gas pressure and flow rate testing, internal parts cleaning, inhibitor top-up, magnetic filter cleaning and a service certificate emailed the same day. A combined service and CP12 gas safety certificate for landlords costs £175 and is completed on one visit.
