About LSMann
LSMann is a plumbing and heating business based in Ardersier, run by Larry Mann, a third-generation heating engineer with over 30 years of hands-on experience. The business installs, services and repairs boilers for gas, LPG and oil systems, and carries out emergency plumbing repairs including burst pipes, leaking taps, water pressure problems and heating pipework. LSMann also installs air source heat pumps as an approved Alto Energy installer, and provides underfloor heating, power flushing, unvented cylinders and landlord inspections.
The business covers Inverness, Fort William, Isle of Skye, Ullapool, Gairloch, Wick, Thurso and surrounding Highland communities. Work begins with a visit to assess the property and heating requirements, and a written quote follows. Boiler servicing includes internal component inspections, flue gas analysis, pressure checks and safety device testing. Emergency callouts run 24 hours across the Highlands for burst pipes, major leaks, boiler breakdowns and loss of water or heating.
LSMann is Gas Safe and OFTEC registered and fully insured, using manufacturer-approved parts. Larry Mann began working in the trade at age 7 alongside his father. The business maintains digital service records and annual reminders, and customers can access documentation and appointment history through an online system. Landlords, letting agents, property managers and homeowners use the business for planned maintenance, installations and emergency repairs.
