About Met Gas Plumbers
Met Gas Plumbers is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Sheffield and Dronfield. It installs, repairs and services boilers, and carries out plumbing work including leak repairs, blocked drains and new heating systems. The business was established in 2008 by Mike, who has over 30 years of experience in plumbing and heating. In 2015 his wife Hayley joined as an equal shareholder director, bringing experience in purchasing and accounts.
The team now consists of five engineers operating from five vans. Alan, the boiler installer, has over 30 years of experience fitting boilers and central heating systems. Ash has over 12 years in the industry. George completed a plumbing and heating apprenticeship with the business and has been with Met Gas for just over three years. Mark is a multi-trade operative who carries out repairs to ceilings and walls following insurance claims. Kim works as office administrator.
Met Gas Plumbers covers Sheffield and Dronfield. Work starts with a visit to assess the job, and a quote follows. Boiler installations include Worcester and Baxi system boilers. The team leaves properties clean and tidy after each job, using dust sheets during boiler fitting. Customers can book times to suit their schedules.
