About Morland & Martin Plumbing & Heating Ltd
Morland & Martin Plumbing & Heating Ltd is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Falkirk, established in 1981. The company carries out general plumbing work and emergency repairs, bathroom and shower room installation, boiler installation, maintenance and repair, and heating installation and maintenance. Landlord gas safety certificates and Legionella risk assessments are also provided.
The business covers Falkirk, Grangemouth, Stirling, Dunblane, Gleneagles, West Lothian, Corstorphine and Cumbernauld. Work is carried out for individual owners, property agents, lawyers, solicitors, estate and lettings agencies, churches, high street stores, historic properties, landowners and estates, and the disabled and medical sector.
Customers contact the office to discuss their requirements, and the business supplies an estimate and carries out a site survey if needed. A qualified engineer then arrives at a date and time that suits the customer and completes the installation from start to finish. Boiler servicing includes inspection of the heat exchanger, burner, controls and seals, checking for leaks, testing safety systems and cleaning internal parts. The business is Gas Safe registered, and all engineers are on the Gas Safe Register. Morland & Martin is a Worcester Accredited installer and holds OFTEC registration. Finance options are available for new boiler installations, with terms from 2 to 10 years.
