About North East Plumbing
North East Plumbing is a plumbing referral service based in Newcastle upon Tyne. It connects customers with independent local plumbers across the North East of England. The services listed are 24/7 emergency plumbing, boiler repairs and replacements, leaks and burst pipes, blocked drains and toilets, central heating issues and general plumbing maintenance.
The business covers Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland, Durham, Middlesbrough, Gateshead, Northumberland and surrounding villages. When a customer submits an enquiry through the site, a suitable local plumber in their area is notified and contacts them to discuss the job. All plumbers listed operate independently and are responsible for their own work, pricing and availability.
North East Plumbing's role is limited to connecting customers with local professionals. Any agreement or work carried out is strictly between the customer and the plumber they choose to engage. The service removes the middle layer between customers and plumbers, with direct contact from the local plumber once an enquiry is received.
