About Owens Plumbing and Heating
Owens Plumbing and Heating is based in Margate and was established in 1981 by Malcolm Owens. The business carries out plumbing and heating work for domestic customers across the Thanet area and surrounding towns including Manston, Cliffsend, Westgate-on-Sea, Minster, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and others.
Plumbing services include tap repair and installation, burst pipes, blocked toilets and drains, bathroom refurbishment, shower installation, radiator installation and leaks, boiler installation and repairs, boiler servicing, central heating installation, and landlord gas safety certificates. The business also fits guttering and downpipes, immersion heaters, unvented water cylinders and hot water cylinders. Heating services cover boiler fault finding, gas testing and certificates, radiator noise, cooker servicing and fire servicing.
The company was founded on an ethos of customer care. Work begins with a free quotation and advice. The business states that quality of work is uppermost in its approach, and that each job continues until the customer is satisfied.
