About PARAGAS LTD
PARAGAS Ltd is a family-run gas, heating and plumbing business based in Hythe, covering Folkestone, Hythe, Ashford, Canterbury and the wider Kent coast. The business was founded by John Lucas, who spent 22 years as a paratrooper in the British Army before retraining as a gas and heating engineer. John's son Jack is Gas Safe qualified and works alongside him, with his brother Max joining the team.
PARAGAS is Gas Safe registered and Refcom F-Gas qualified. The services listed are boiler installation, boiler servicing and repairs, LPG boiler specialists, gas work and safety checks, plumbing and bathrooms, and air conditioning installation and servicing. The business is one of only a handful of local companies that specialise in LPG appliances for park homes, static caravans and off-grid properties. It installs, services and repairs LPG boilers and heating systems, and carries out annual LPG gas safety checks and certificates. A large stock of LPG-specific spares is held, so most jobs are completed quickly.
The business also carries out everyday plumbing through to full bathroom installations with tiling, boiler installation from combi swaps to full LPG and mains gas systems, and annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety certificates. Air conditioning installation and servicing is offered for homes across Kent. PARAGAS provides 24/7 emergency cover, seven days a week. Customers deal directly with John and his team rather than a call centre.
