About Paratus Heating
Paratus Heating is a heating and plumbing business based in Petersfield. It installs boilers, services boilers, repairs boiler breakdowns, issues landlord gas safety certificates, carries out drainage CCTV surveys, drain rodding, high-pressure jetting and leak detection, and services air conditioning. The business also installs and maintains renewable hybrid boilers that combine gas boilers with heat pump technology to reduce carbon footprint and energy costs.
The business covers Hampshire, Surrey and the South. All engineers are Gas Safe Registered and qualified in installation, commissioning and servicing of air source heat pumps, water supply regulations, unvented systems, and LPG for boats, leisure accommodation vehicles and residential park homes.
Paratus Heating offers service plans for heating systems on a monthly Direct Debit basis. Plans include an annual service covering time and temperature controls, pump and motorised valves, radiators, hot water cylinder, system pipework, boiler repairs and internal drainage. The business provides service plans on its own installations and on boilers under two years old still under the manufacturer's cover if installed by another company. Additional work outside the plan is quoted separately. Service rates for domestic boilers are £70, and commercial boiler servicing is £130. Drainage CCTV inspection identifies blockages and damage in pipes, and gas safety certificates confirm that gas appliances and systems meet legal safety standards.
