About pauls plumbers
Paul's Plumbers is a plumbing company based in Kidderminster. The business was started in 2010 by two plumbers after their previous employer closed, and it now employs over five experienced plumbers. The company carries out first fix work, appliance removal and installation, bathroom suites, showers and cubicles, baths, soil and waste pipes, kitchen sinks, taps, fittings, toilets, bathroom sinks, Speedfit plumbing, radiators and outside taps. It also installs heating systems for commercial units.
Work begins with a phone call to describe the job needed. Paul's Plumbers arranges an inspection if required and shows the customer all available options. A quote is provided with available dates, and a 30 per cent deposit is requested if the price is over £200. Once the work is complete, a detailed pipe layout sketch can be provided so the customer knows where pipework is located. The remaining balance is paid once the customer is satisfied with the work.
The business has accounts with plumb centre but will use other suppliers if the customer requests a particular product. Paul's Plumbers covers Kidderminster and the surrounding area. After installation, the business provides support and can be contacted if any problems arise. Recent projects listed include bathroom radiators, kitchen first fixes, wet rooms, pumped showers and radiator repositioning.
