About Philippe Couve Ltd
Philippe Couve Ltd is a plumbing, heating and electrical business based in Paignton. Philippe Couve has 21 years of hands-on experience and is Gas Safe registered, NICEIC and Part P registered. The business installs central heating systems with radiators, thermostats and smart control options, supplies and fits gas boilers, carries out boiler servicing and repairs, and installs gas cookers. Plumbing work covers taps, sinks, toilets and pipework. Electrical services include lighting, socket installations, consumer unit upgrades, testing and fault finding on tripping circuits. Bathroom refits are undertaken from strip-out to final fittings.
Philippe Couve Ltd covers Paignton, Torbay and surrounding areas including the South Hams. Work begins with a visit to inspect the property and provide a clear written quote covering survey, materials and certification. Installations are carried out to safety standards with safe isolation and tidy cable runs. Testing and certification are completed at the end of each job, with Electrical Installation Certificates or EICRs issued where required.
The business is Vaillant accredited, giving access to extended manufacturer warranties on qualifying boiler installations. Philippe provides straightforward advice in plain language, punctual appointments and tidy workmanship. Safety checks are recorded and explained clearly. Period properties, coastal cottages and modern flats receive practical advice that respects older wiring and current standards.
