About Pinnacle Plumbing
Pinnacle Plumbing is a plumbing and heating business based in Carterton, Witney. Founded in 2020 by Oliver Varndell-Dawes, a Gas Safe registered engineer with a decade of hands-on experience, the firm was joined by co-director Johnny Ayris in 2022. The business carries out general plumbing repairs, leaks, dripping taps, valve failures and waste pipe blockages. Heating work includes boiler installation and replacement, boiler servicing, boiler repairs, central heating system upgrades, radiator and valve installation, and underfloor heating. The firm installs air source heat pumps using Vaillant, Mitsubishi and Samsung equipment. Emergency call-outs for burst pipes, water supply failure, heating failure and overflowing WCs are offered. Landlord gas safety certificates and new-build plumbing work are also listed services.
Pinnacle Plumbing covers Witney, Carterton, Oxford, Oxfordshire, Abingdon, Bicester, Cotswolds, Woodstock and Moreton-in-Marsh, and travels further for larger projects. Every job starts with a free pre-visit and a fixed-price quote in writing before work begins. The business is Gas Safe registered, a Vaillant Approved Installer, Worcester Bosch Approved, and a Checkatrade member. It holds £5m public liability insurance. Boiler installations carry a 7-year manufacturer warranty, extendable up to 10 years. Klarna finance is available on heating jobs and larger installations.
