About Pipeworks Heating & Plumbing
Pipeworks Heating & Plumbing is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in St Neots, founded in 2012 by director Ricki Tugwood. The business carries out domestic and commercial plumbing and heating work, including boiler installation and servicing, central heating installation and servicing, gas cooker installation, power flushing of heating systems, water leak detection, water supply pipe repairs, radiator and valve replacement, shower and bath installation, underfloor heating, and general plumbing repairs. Bathroom removals and installs are also listed.
The business covers St Neots, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Bedford, St Ives, Stevenage and Milton Keynes. General opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays available by arrangement. Ricki Tugwood started the business fully qualified with many years of experience in plumbing, heating and gas works. Work begins with a visit to discuss requirements, and a quote is provided. Pipeworks works with letting agencies and estate agents on a contractual basis for new installations, boiler repairs and boiler installs.
A minimum one hour call-out fee applies to all appointments. Quotes are valid for 7 days. For accepted quotes exceeding £200, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and materials. Final invoices are due for payment immediately upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
