About PJS Plumbing and Heating Services
PJS Plumbing and Heating Services is run by Paul, a Gas Safe registered engineer based in Liverpool. The business has been trading for 40 years on the tools and handles boiler servicing, boiler repair, boiler installation, central heating work, plumbing repairs, bathroom fitting and gas safety certificates. Services listed include emergency call-outs for burst pipes, loss of hot water, blocked toilets and blocked drains, as well as radiator repair, power flushing, underfloor heating, shower installation, tap replacement and immersion heater repair.
Paul covers Liverpool, Knowsley, Huyton, Prescot, Whiston, Roby, Halewood, Rainhill, Kirkby, Childwall, Garston, Speke, Woolton and Aintree. A boiler service includes checking combustion and gas pressure, cleaning internal components and testing the boiler to catch wear early. Paul provides a fixed quote before work begins. He services common boiler makes including Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Ideal and Glow-worm.
For landlords, Paul arranges annual gas safety certificates, services boilers across rented properties and handles plumbing repairs, contacting tenants directly to arrange access. He keeps multiple properties on schedule so certificates stay in date. Paul is Gas Safe registered (221708) and answers the phone himself. The business also carries out commercial boiler servicing on business premises and small commercial gas work, and refers large plant, catering or industrial gas to a commercial-registered specialist.
