About Plumbing Hot
Plumbing Hot is a plumbing and heating business based in Caerphilly. It carries out boiler repairs, boiler services, new boiler installations, heating care plans, burst pipe repairs, blocked drain clearance and bathroom repairs. The business also fits energy-efficient A-rated boilers to reduce gas bills, and can undertake full bathroom refits.
The business covers Caerphilly, Cardiff and the surrounding areas of South Wales. Work begins with a call, online booking or live chat to describe the problem. A surveyor then visits the property or arranges a video call to assess the job and provide a fixed price. Engineers arrive to carry out the work, and all are fully qualified. Boiler installations can take time and cost, but the business aims to get central heating back into working order. A new boiler fitted by the business can save money on monthly gas bills.
Plumbing Hot was founded in 2017 and won the Installer of the Year award in 2023. The business is family-run and fully insured. Free estimates and quotes are available. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and 24/7 emergency call-outs are available to Premium and Ultimate customers. The business works for homes and small businesses. A 10 to 12 years parts and labour warranty is offered on work carried out.
