About Polden Plumbing & Heating
Polden Plumbing and Heating is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Folkestone with over 20 years experience. It provides boiler installations, repairs and servicing, bathroom fitting, landlord gas safety certificates, and unvented and vented cylinder work. The business installs boilers from Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal and Glow-worm, and works on all makes and models for repairs and servicing.
The business covers Folkestone and the surrounding Kent area. All engineers are Gas Safe registered. Boiler installations include full commissioning, safety testing and a comprehensive handover, with the home left clean and tidy. Boiler repairs are carried out with common parts held in stock, and clear upfront pricing is provided before work starts. Annual boiler servicing includes full safety checks, efficiency testing and component inspection. Bathroom work ranges from simple updates to complete renovations, including fitting new suites, showers, taps and waste systems. Landlord gas safety certificates confirm that all gas appliances are safe and working correctly, and annual reminders can be set up. The business provides free quotes for all work and offers rapid response for boiler breakdowns and heating emergencies.
