About Pro Property ltd
Pro Property Ltd is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Sheffield, established in 2003. It carries out plumbing work, central heating installation and maintenance, boiler replacement, bathroom and kitchen design and installation, electrical services, UPVC windows and doors, plastering and decorating, and asbestos testing. The business works for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients on jobs ranging from minor repairs to full property refurbishments.
The team includes gas engineers, plumbers, electricians, tilers and decorators. Work starts with a visit to assess the property, and free quotes are provided. Online booking allows customers to choose an appointment slot and pay to confirm the visit. The business covers South Yorkshire and operates a home emergency service plan. Boiler installations use Ideal, Vaillant, Sime and Glowworm models. Asbestos testing is arranged before renovation work begins on older properties.
Pro Property Ltd has over 25 years of combined industry experience across its team and holds public liability insurance. The business was incorporated in 2006 and is a member of Checkatrade, where it holds a 9.9 out of 10 average score. It won Plumber of the Year and Trade of the Year at the Checkatrade 2025 awards. Multiple trades work together on projects, allowing the business to manage jobs of all sizes. Work is carried out cleanly and tidily on every job.
