About Proudfoot Plumbing and Maintenance
Proudfoot Plumbing and Air Conditioning is a plumbing and air conditioning business based just outside Thornbury. It carries out emergency callouts for leaks, burst pipes and faults, tap replacements, shower and bath installations, toilet repairs and replacements, leak detection, garden tap installation, radiator replacement, bath replacement, and plumbing inspections. The business also designs, supplies and installs split-system air conditioning units for single or multiple rooms, and services and maintains both new and existing systems.
Proudfoot covers Thornbury, Alveston, Bradley Stoke, Patchway, Yate, South Gloucestershire, Portishead and North Bristol. It provides annual servicing of unvented hot water cylinders by G3 qualified engineers, and installation of domestic plumbing appliances. Emergency callouts are attended within approximately one hour, subject to availability and location. The business has traded for over ten years and is fully insured. Air conditioning systems are installed by a qualified C1 F-Gas engineer, with all systems pressure tested and purged of oxygen during installation. The first scheduled service following a new air conditioning installation is included when a system is installed. Emergency callout fees are £110 between 8am and 8pm and £175 between 8pm and 8am, plus labour at £45 or £70 per hour. Split air conditioning systems start from £1250 for a single indoor unit and £2150 for multiple indoor units, with annual servicing at £70.
