About R & B Heating
R & B Heating is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Seaham. It installs, repairs and services boilers for homes across the North East, including Sunderland, County Durham, Newcastle and Tees-side. The business works with brands such as Vaillant, Alpha, Baxi and Worcester Bosch.
The team is Gas Safe registered and accredited by Vaillant and Alpha. Jobs begin with a visit to assess the heating system and discuss what the customer needs. A written quote follows. The business carries out boiler installations for homes where the existing system is inefficient or ageing, regular servicing to keep boilers running safely, and repairs to faults such as banging noises, slow heating or rising energy bills. Modern boilers are fitted to reduce energy usage and running costs compared with older systems.
R & B Heating has traded for 18 years as an independent family business, with over 25 years of industry experience in the trade. The business covers Seaham, Sunderland, County Durham and the wider North East. It offers free quotes and can discuss whether a current boiler is still performing efficiently. Spring and summer are recommended times to plan a replacement before winter demand increases.
