About Reliaheat
Reliaheat is a family-run heating and plumbing business based in Bonnyrigg. It carries out boiler servicing, boiler installation, boiler repairs, underfloor heating installation, air-source heat pump installation and bathroom renovations for homeowners, landlords and businesses. The business covers Edinburgh, Midlothian and East Lothian.
Boiler servicing includes visual examination of the boiler, flue and installation, checks on controls and safety devices, combustion or flue-gas analysis where applicable, operating-pressure and performance checks, and inspection and cleaning of relevant components. A service record is provided. The Energy Saving Trust recommends annual servicing by a Gas Safe registered engineer. If a problem is found during servicing, the business explains the issue and discusses recommended next steps. Additional work and replacement parts are discussed with the customer before proceeding, except where immediate action is required to make an unsafe situation safe.
Boiler repairs cover fault diagnosis for heating loss, pressure problems, leaks, fault codes and control issues. New and replacement boilers are selected around the property, heating system and hot-water requirements. Underfloor heating is offered for bathrooms, renovations and extensions in wet and electric forms. Air-source heat pump installation includes property assessment. Bathroom installation, refurbishment and selected repairs are planned around the property and requirements.
Reliaheat is Gas Safe registered. The business provides clear quotations based on the property and agreed project. Customers can request a free quote online or by contacting the business with their postcode.
