About S Long Plumbing & Heating
S Long Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing and heating business in Ipswich covering Suffolk and surrounding areas. The team is led by Sam Long, the founder and head plumber, with Jenny Smith as lead heating technician and Mike Johnson as customer service manager. The business carries out boiler installations, bathroom fitting, powerflushing, heat pump installation, general plumbing maintenance and construction work including electrics, carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating.
Boiler installations include supply and fitting of energy-efficient boilers. Bathroom fitting covers complete makeovers and simple upgrades, with all plumbing and fittings completed from start to finish. Powerflushing removes sludge and debris from heating systems to improve efficiency and radiator performance. Heat pumps draw heat from air or ground to warm homes and water as an alternative to traditional boilers. General plumbing maintenance addresses leaking taps, pumps and radiators. The business supplies and installs heat pump systems and helps customers find the right setup for their home.
Work begins with a visit to discuss the job, and a quote follows. Customers from Norwich and Ipswich have used the business for boiler fitting, powerflushing and heating system repairs. The business also offers electrics, carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating as part of construction projects.
