About Smart Gas Ltd
Smart Gas Ltd is a Gas Safe Registered heating and plumbing business based in Buckingham, run by Adrian and Claire Paul. The business carries out boiler repairs, servicing and installation, and deals with breakdowns and emergency repairs to heating systems. Services listed include powerflushing central heating systems to remove sludge, servicing and repairing unvented hot water systems and warm air systems, advising on and installing new valves, thermostats and smart controls, and light plumbing including shower repairs and installations.
Smart Gas Ltd is fully insured. Boiler servicing is recommended once a year, and the firm identifies and resolves problems before they become expensive repairs or boiler replacement. Landlords are offered annual gas safety checks to comply with The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, and digital safety check certificates are delivered to landlord, letting agent and tenants' email addresses via Wi-Fi-enabled service in the engineering vehicle. The business works closely with landlords and letting agents to ensure gas appliances, gas pipework and flues are maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Free quotations are offered for particular jobs, and regular servicing agreements can be arranged to ensure all systems are working safely and efficiently. Emergency call-outs are handled where circumstances allow.
