About TC Heating Limited
TC Heating Limited is a plumbing and heating business based in Grimsby, run by Tim. The business installs and services boilers, hot water cylinders, heating systems and gas appliances for homes and businesses. Services listed are boiler servicing and repairs, new boiler installations, hot water cylinder work, gas and LPG services, landlord gas safety checks, renewable heating, system inspections and upgrades, off-grid oil and solid fuel options, and fault diagnostics. Plumbing work includes bathroom installations, pipework and repairs.
TC Heating covers Louth, Grimsby, Mablethorpe, Horncastle, Caistor and surrounding areas. Tim started the business in 2012 after training as an apprentice at Grimsby College, where he won several awards and reached the Skill Plumb UK Finals in 2011. The business is Gas Safe registered. Work begins with a detailed consultation to assess the property and needs, and a written quote is provided. Tim is joined by other engineers including Jarod, Ben and Ryan. Jobs are completed with attention to tidiness, and the home is left clean.
TC Heating provides boiler replacements for gas, oil and LPG systems, and also installs renewable heating such as heat pumps and hot water systems. Landlord gas safety checks are carried out annually, with a certificate issued on completion. Off-grid heating using oil or solid fuel is available for properties beyond the mains gas network. System inspections identify inefficiency and recommend upgrades including boiler replacements and control updates.
