About The Clean Plumber Ltd
The Clean Plumber Ltd is a plumbing and heating business based in Bury St Edmunds. It carries out repairs, installations and maintenance on central heating systems, boilers, plumbing for bathrooms and kitchens, and electrical work. The business also works with a drainage specialist to handle blocked drains, drain surveys with CCTV cameras, drain unblocking using high pressure jets, septic tank servicing, patio and driveway cleaning, and manhole cover installation.
The business covers Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and parts of Essex. The team includes plumbers, heating engineers qualified in gas, LPG and oil, and an engineer who specialises in air source heat pumps. The Clean Plumber opened in 2009 and has over 30 years of plumbing experience across the company. Team members are selected for experience, qualifications, reliability, clean CRB checks and communication skills. Jobs start with a visit to diagnose the problem, and a quote or estimate is provided before work begins. The team tidies up after themselves and aims to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.
The business works for domestic and commercial customers, including private landlords. It works alongside specialists in electrical and drainage to offer a complete service from small repairs to large projects. Drain unblocking tackles blockages caused by limescale, fat, tree roots and other debris. CCTV surveys identify root ingress, cracks and stress in drainage systems, with results supplied on DVD or USB alongside a full report.
