About TJ Plumbing & Heating Services
TJ Plumbing & Heating Services is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Sittingbourne. It has been trading since 2006 and is Gas Safe registered. The business installs, services and maintains natural gas boilers for domestic customers across Kent, and carries out general plumbing work including leak repairs, blockages and burst pipes.
Services listed are boiler installation and replacement, boiler servicing on combi, conventional and back boilers, boiler fault diagnostics with a written report, power flushing to remove sludge and improve efficiency, radiator fitting, smart heating control installation, pipework upgrades, tap replacement and central heating rewiring. The business also provides gas safety certificates for landlords on rented properties and home buyer reports on the condition of central heating and plumbing systems before purchase.
TJ Plumbing & Heating Services covers all of Kent. Work begins with a visit to inspect the property and discuss the job. For larger projects, a written agreement sets out the scope of work and any deposit required. Free quotes are offered before work starts. The business is trained by boiler manufacturers including Vaillant, Worcester, Ideal, Baxi and Potterton, and by Kamco for power flushing. It holds public liability insurance and employs gas service engineers trained to work on any gas appliance. Customers can opt in for annual service reminders after a boiler service is completed.
