About Willetts Plumbing & Heating Ltd. WPH
Willetts Plumbing & Heating Ltd is a plumbing and heating business based in Ilkeston. It carries out domestic and commercial work across the East Midlands, including boiler servicing, boiler and heating breakdowns, boiler and heating installation, general plumbing repairs and maintenance, and landlord gas safety certificates. The business also installs warm air heating systems, services residential park homes, and works with air and ground source heat pumps.
Boiler servicing involves inspection and cleaning of the boiler and its components, checking for leaks, testing pressure and controls, cleaning the burner and heat exchanger, and inspecting the flue. Emergency repairs are available for heating breakdowns, faulty radiators and other heating system problems. General plumbing covers broken toilets, electric water heaters, and full system installations from small fixes to complete replacements. Landlord gas safety certificates involve thorough inspection of all gas appliances to ensure they are safe and properly ventilated.
The business is Gas Safe registered and Oftec registered for oil burning appliances. It holds public liability insurance up to £5 million. Staff are City & Guilds level 3 qualified in plumbing, hold CSCS Gold cards, and are qualified in unvented hot water systems and heat pump installation. The team is DBS checked and has PASMA and IPAF qualifications for working at heights on scaffolding and mobile lift machinery. Quotations are available for planned works, and day rates and fixed hourly pricing are offered for breakdowns and out of hours call-outs. Commercial customers include offices, gyms, schools and leisure centres.
