About Young's Plumbing and Heating
Young's Plumbing and Heating is a plumbing and heating business based in Milngavie, run by Darren, who qualified as a plumbing and heating engineer at 21. The business has traded for over 10 years and has grown from a one-man operation into a team serving homeowners, families, landlords and older residents across the area.
The services listed are bathroom installation, en-suite installation, mobility wet rooms, kitchen plumbing and plumbing repairs. For heating, the business carries out central heating installation and repairs, radiator installation, underfloor heating and unvented cylinders. Bathroom work covers stripping out old suites, running new pipework to agreed positions, connecting taps, showers, basins and WCs, and testing for leaks. Gas-fired combi or system boiler connections for showers and heated towel rails are carried out as part of the same visit. Darren assesses existing pipework and layout during a site visit before a fixed written price is agreed.
Young's Plumbing and Heating covers Milngavie, Bearsden, Glasgow, Clydebank, Bishopbriggs, Kirkintilloch, Lenzie and the wider East Dunbartonshire area. The business is City & Guilds qualified and fully insured. All gas work is carried out by qualified engineers and certified to current regulations. New boilers come with a 5 to 10 year manufacturer's warranty depending on the system chosen. The business operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies and offers same-day service.
