About Your Local Plumbing Company Ltd
Your Local Plumbing Company Ltd is based in West Molesey and was founded in 2004 by Peter Knowles. The business carries out central heating repair and installations, boiler servicing and repairs, plumbing work, bathroom refurbishments, and commercial gas services. It also fits water softeners, air conditioning, electric boilers, appliance repairs, smart home controls and security systems. The team includes gas engineers, plumbers, a chartered mechanical engineer, a plasterer and a chartered environmentalist.
The business covers Hampton, Teddington, Twickenham, Kingston and Richmond. An office in Hampton Hill allows customers to book appointments and meet the team to discuss projects. Boiler services are offered annually, with a three-year service that includes assessment of system filters and replenishment of corrosion inhibitors, and a five-year strip down service that includes replacement and cleaning of key parts. Boiler repairs are diagnosed on site, and a quote is provided before work begins. A two-hour arrival window is given for appointments. The business also provides service maintenance contracts and planned preventative maintenance for commercial premises.
Your Local Plumbing Company has traded since 2004 and is Gas Safe qualified. Managing Director Jennifer Dedman joined in 2009. The business has over 900 reviews on Checkatrade and Which? The firm supports local charities and community organisations in the area, and Ross McKiernan, a senior partner, has been a director of the Hampton Hill Business Association since 2013.
