About Book Your Boiler
Book Your Boiler is a family-run heating, plumbing and air conditioning business based in Caerphilly, serving Cardiff and South Wales. The business is led by Chad Greenway, who has spent 18 years as a plumbing and heating engineer. His wife runs the back office and his daughter heads up social media, while every engineer on the team is hand-picked to share the same approach to each job.
The services listed are boiler installation, annual boiler servicing, boiler repair, gas work, air conditioning installation and plumbing. Boiler servicing includes cleaning the condensate trap and magnetic filter, servicing the heat exchanger and running full diagnostic checks to confirm the boiler is operating within safe limits. The business covers Cardiff, Caerphilly and surrounding areas.
Book Your Boiler is Gas Safe registered and REFCOM F-Gas certified. In 2025 the business was named Boiler Contractor of the Year and was shortlisted as a finalist at the Start-Up Business Awards. When customers book, they receive a text and email confirmation and can track the engineer on the way. Annual reminders are arranged for boiler services. A service record with photos is sent after each visit. The business operates Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 and works around customer schedules.
