About DW Plumbing Services
DW Plumbing Services is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Rochester, operating since 2016. The company was founded by Richard, who holds City & Guilds qualifications and previously worked for a repairs and maintenance firm. Richard's father was a plumbing and heating engineer, and the business was incorporated as D.W. Property Specialists Limited in 2018.
The business carries out emergency plumbing, boiler repairs and installations, central heating repairs and upgrades, blocked drain clearing, leak detection, bathroom installations, and commercial plumbing for landlords and businesses. Services include boiler servicing, radiator balancing, power flushing, underfloor heating installation, and gas safety certificates for rental properties. The team diagnoses faults in controls, pumps, radiators, thermostats, valves and pipework before recommending repairs.
DW Plumbing Services covers Rochester, Strood, Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham and wider Kent. The business operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergencies. Engineers are uniformed and licensed. Travel charges across Medway and Kent are waived. Work begins with a visit to inspect the system, explain findings in plain terms, and agree any repair before starting. The business is Checkatrade approved, City & Guilds qualified, and Gas Safe registered. Free estimates are offered with upfront pricing.
