About Elms Heating & Plumbing Ltd
Elms Heating & Plumbing Ltd is a family-run plumbing and heating business based in Colchester, trading since 2014. It carries out boiler installations, servicing and repairs, central heating systems, underfloor heating, bathroom design and installation, kitchen plumbing, leak repairs, burst pipes, drainage work and emergency callouts for homes and commercial properties across Colchester and Essex.
The business handles leaks, dripping taps, burst pipes, blockages and water pressure problems. Bathroom and kitchen work ranges from installing sinks and taps to complete wet room fitting. Underfloor heating is installed for new bathrooms, extensions and full-home upgrades. Gas appliances are serviced and repaired, and annual maintenance plans are offered alongside one-off servicing.
Work starts with a visit to diagnose the fault. The engineer explains the problem and outlines the cost before starting, with a free quote given upfront. Bathrooms are designed around how the household uses the space, with supply through to final fit. The business covers Colchester and across Essex, and responds to urgent issues such as leaks, burst pipes and boiler breakdowns.
Elms Heating & Plumbing Ltd is Gas Safe registered (548757) and holds BPEC certification, a Water Regulations Certificate, a Level 3 Award in heat pump system installation and a Plumbing NVQ Level 2. The business works for landlords and letting agents on urgent repairs, ongoing maintenance and system checks between tenancies.
