About Guscott Heating Services
Guscott Heating Services is a family-run heating and renewable energy business based in Rochester, founded by Harland Guscott in 2017. The firm installs and services boilers, heat pumps, solar panels with battery storage, and carries out central heating and plumbing work. Services listed are boiler installations, servicing and repairs, heat pump installation and servicing, solar PV and battery storage, and central heating and plumbing.
The business covers Rochester, Chatham, Strood, Rainham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Gillingham, Medway and the wider Kent area. Boiler services start from £100 plus VAT in the Medway area. Work begins with a visit to assess the job, and a clear estimate is provided. A standard boiler service takes around 45 to 60 minutes and includes inspection of the boiler, checking key components, testing safety devices, cleaning parts, and flagging any issues. The team of ten includes experienced heating engineers, two apprentices, and office-based staff.
Guscott Heating Services is Gas Safe registered and MCS accredited for heat pump installation. The business has over 600 five-star reviews and holds a Which? badge. All boiler installations come with up to a 12-year manufacturer warranty. The firm plants a tree for every job completed and wears 100 per cent recycled uniforms. A-rated boiler models are fitted, and the EcoBoost system is offered to reduce heating bills by up to 25 per cent.
