About Mr Pipes Plumbing and Powerflushing
Mr Pipes Plumbing and Powerflushing is run by Chris, a Gas Safe registered engineer based in Kingston upon Hull. The business has over 20 years in plumbing and heating, working on domestic and commercial projects before specialising in power flushing. Services include power flushing to clear sludge and rust from radiators, pipework and boiler systems, boiler servicing and repairs, new boiler installations, landlord gas safety certificates, and general heating and plumbing work such as radiators, valves and underfloor heating.
Mr Pipes covers Hull, East Yorkshire, and travels across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire for power flushing and installations. Power flushing uses professional Kamco and Norstrom Proflush equipment and FLIR thermal imaging. The business stays on each job until the system runs clean, flushed to BS 7593 standards with a certificate available on request. A MagnaClean filter is fitted to protect the system after flushing. Boiler servicing includes visual inspection, flue and ventilation checks, flue gas analysis, safety device testing, cleaning of key components, and a written service record. Landlord gas safety checks are carried out annually on every gas appliance and flue, with the certificate issued for landlord and tenant records. The business is Ideal Max accredited for boiler installations. Free quotes are available.
