About Planet Plumbers
Planet Plumbers is a plumbing and heating business based in Folkestone, delivering services to London and Kent since 2005. It carries out repairs, maintenance and installation of domestic heating and plumbing systems. Services include boiler installations, repairs and fault finding, central heating upgrades, radiator and valve replacement, leak repairs, blockage clearance, tap installation and repair, water softener installation, washing machine and dishwasher plumbing, toilet and bathroom suite installation, hot water cylinder and cold-water tank installation, and garden tap installation. The business also offers landlord annual safety checks and certificates, comprehensive plumbing and heating surveys for property buyers, and a handyperson service for minor home repairs.
Planet Plumbers has experience with period properties and their specific requirements. The business sources British products where possible to reduce carbon footprint, recycles materials and aims to repair items instead of replacing them when efficient to do so. Customers receive advice on energy efficiency and money-saving measures. An annual service reminder email is offered, and the first boiler service is free for customers who had their boiler installed by the business.
