About Teratherm Plumbing
Teratherm Plumbing is a heating and plumbing business based in Ashford, serving Kent. It installs and services air source heat pumps, gas boilers, oil boiler systems, and carries out first and second fix plumbing work. The business also issues landlord gas safety certificates and provides boiler servicing with annual efficiency and safety inspections.
Air source heat pumps are installed to deliver 300-400% efficiency, extracting renewable energy from the air to provide heating, cooling and hot water. Gas boiler installation uses condensing technology and is Gas Safe registered. Oil boiler systems are fitted to OFTEC standards. First and second fix plumbing includes plant room design, underfloor heating and luxury sanitaryware installation.
Teratherm Plumbing covers Folkestone, Maidstone, Ashford, Hythe, Canterbury, Hawkinge, Herne Bay, Tenterden, Cranbrook and Faversham. The business uses data-driven diagnostics to identify the root cause of heating and plumbing faults rather than treating symptoms. Customers receive detailed technical specifications of what is needed and why. Work begins with a visit to assess the system, and a written quote follows. The business is Gas Safe registered under number 964027 and fully insured. Boiler installations come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 5 to 12 years. For emergencies, the business offers a direct line for urgent system failures. Boot covers, dust sheets and a spotless cleanup are standard on every job.
